Through our success with The Grange Deakin, Hindmarsh Living has built a reputation in the ACT for providing exceptional retirement accommodation and quality services. Building on that success we are now developing new communities in Canberra and Adelaide.

Stage 1 of our new independent living community in Canberra, Bellerive, was opened in 2009, with our first residents quickly settling into their new community. We've pre-sold over 80% of our first two buildings of the Stage 2 apartments, as they've proven to be very popular. In Adelaide, we’re now taking expressions of interest for our exciting new community Vivanti on West Lakes Boulevard.

We are pleased to announce that The Grange Deakin has been granted accreditation under the Australian Retirement Villages Accreditation Scheme. The assessors were very impressed with the management systems in place and the way we operate our Village.
