The Bellerive estate meanders across two hectares of tree-lined parks and avenues that link to the nearby leafy open spaces of Lyons. An integral part of the plan for Bellerive is a central Leisure Centre.  This will provide a meeting place for recreation activities and plenty of space to entertain family and friends. It will include a library, spacious lounge area, open fireplace and TV corner. The restaurant will offer tasty meals and there will also be suites for visiting health professionals and a hairdressing salon.
