Through our success with The Grange Deakin, Hindmarsh Living has built a reputation in the ACT for providing exceptional retirement accommodation and quality services. Building on that success we are now developing new communities in Canberra and Adelaide.

Stage 1 of our new independent living community in Canberra, Bellerive, was opened by the Chief Minister of the ACT, Mr Jon Stanhope in December 2009, with our first residents quickly settling into their new community. Our Stage 2 apartments have recently been released and have proven to be very popular. In Adelaide, we’re now taking expressions of interest for our exciting new community Vivanti on West Lakes Boulevard.
