Building on that success we are now developing new communities in Canberra and Adelaide.

Stage 1 of our new independent living community in Canberra, Bellerive, was opened in 2009, with our first residents quickly settling into their new community. Construction has commenced on our Stage 2 apartments, with over 80% pre-sold, they're proven to be very popular. In Adelaide, we’re now taking expressions of interest for our exciting new community Vivanti on West Lakes Boulevard.

We are pleased to announce The Grange Deakin and Bellerive have been granted accreditation under the Australian Retirement Villages Accreditation Scheme. The assessors were very impressed with the management systems in place and the way we operate our Village.
